I been on a little bit of a cold streak for the last three weeks with all the rain and cold temps, but it all changed Saturday. I went back to the town I found my
seated half again and tried door knocking to start out. The first house the lady said go ahead, but said it had already been checked so I thought I would give
it an hour and move on to the next spot. She was right, it was slow with only a few wheat and my first Indian in almost three weeks! It took awhile but
just before I was ready to leave I got a solid 27-28 signal and was thinking silver dime, I was wrong, it was a silver spoon!! My first one ever.:headbang:

After that I decided to hit some sidewalks I had already hit, but go down the middle this time as I had already done the sidewalk and curb sides. After only a
few minutes I was rewarded with a 1942 Merc I had missed the first two times, after finishing that side of the block I crossed over to the other side and made it only
about 30 feet and had another solid 27-28 and out popped a 1936 Merc! it was literally ten feet from where I had found a Rosy three weeks earlier.

When that block was done I door knocked again and after a bit found a nice 1960 Rosy in that yard and hardly anything else after about 45 mins.

I decided to just concentrate on sidewalk strips the rest of the day and wasn`t disappointed, after three more hours I got four more Mercs!! It seemed they
were jumping out about every block and a half, this was one of those days when you don`t hope for silver, you expect it! It was soooooo cool to see them
keep popping out of my plugs all day long!

I almost forgot, I also dug my first ever Indian in a sidewalk strip today, it was down about 5 inches and made my day!:laughing7:

The silvers were so exciting, I almost forgot I had the best wheaty day in three months too, 20 today!!

Also found some tokens, one being a Washington tax token? wonder what that's doing here in Minnesota????

The last two Mercs were finds from the last couple weeks along with the silver tie clip(I think).

What an amazing silver day, 7 coins and the spoon, wow!

That is a hell of a haul today. Congrats man. Seems like you’ve found a great little town there to detect the heck out of.
