I found a knife that looked just like it in 1959 while trout fishing. I don't remember the brand and I don't still have it but I used it for years.

It's German.
Solingen (a city in Germany as well as a name attributed to such marked knives) were/are known for good steel.
Prices vary of course with age , availability,popularity of model , condition, and if original sheath comes with it.

My eyes are bad , can't read all the markings but if you research Solingen knives and your makers marks you should be able to narrow it down more.
