ID:	1892669 This is funny. My 90 year old mom found this one at a yard sale recently. Same gun with "Champion" on it instead of Gene. Looks like the hammer was destined to break. I guess it is the same manufacturer with a different take on the name. Autry made a fortune in royalties after WWII licensing out his name on a ton of products. My Dad was a radio station manager in the 50s and 60s. Autry came to visit the station in 57. I met him but have no memory of it. I was 4 years old. He was dressed in a suit and tie and my dad said I asked him where his guns were. I guess I was a fan of his on tv.
