This is not just today's finds, but my last two outings from July 9th and today at my private club I've been working hard. No silvers these last two trips, but my pouch still gets full!

July 9th's dig:

Found a Cent coin spill, pulling up about 50 cents in a 5' radius. Most coins spread out in one hole was 18, followed by 9, 8, 6, 5 and a bunch of 2's!

Coolest find was an old 'Lucky Duck Coin, Duxbak-Leather, Charles A. Schieren & Co. Boston' that I believe dates back to the early 1900's.

Today, was a cool finds day:

The 1908 Indian head Cent (the oldest coin to date from this location), a full pocket watch, women's lipstick tube, a 1980 Mexican 5-Peso coin, two jeweled unknowns, and a second,
Lucky Duck Coin!

The Indian Head Cent and the Pocket Watch came out of the same hole! And my CTX-3030 clearly showed TWO targets to dig!

Happy Digging everyone!

And no marks on those two ?jewelled? thingies? Looks like mother of pearl and has the look of tarnished silver [emoji2371].

Nope, no marks. The two pieces were actually bent together, but a soft enough metal, maybe brass/copper mix, as they straightened out easily. Could be gold plated silver, with most of the plating worn off maybe!
No spots that appear broken off of anything either. I'd have to say that the 'stone' is actually cut glass or crystal, and the color is underneath that, with a a solid round recessed plate it is embedded in. I've sold a lot of antique's and vintage jewelry in an antique store covering about 8 years, but I've never run across anything like these.
