I'm makin' butter!

Went and hit another Waster dump today. This churn was about the last thing we found. Also, take a look at the Kiln stacker fused to the jug it was meant to support the jug above while being fired.

Keep diggin the stoneware bud,I sure wish i was down there diggin those up right about now.i like how you have decorated your plant beds with broken jug tops and such.Cool find by the way.

excellent find....can we get some pics of the handles and the bottom of the churn?......possibility that it is pretty valuable if it is Sand Mountain pottery or any other Alabama or Georgia pottery....congrats on an awesome find

I'd churn butter if I found that!!........................what am I thinkin', no I wouldn't it. I saw my grandmother churn butter. I WOULD however have that prominately displayed in my house. Congrats, that's a killer find.
