Well, there's only one more day left of my vacation ~ I have to go back to work on Wednesday! I went detecting ALL DAY today, from just before 9:am to almost 4:pm ~ I only took one break to use the restroom and eat some lunch. Here's what I dug today:

1941-S Washington Quarter
1942-S Mercury Dime
1957-D Rosie dime
1958-D Rosie dime
1943-S War nickel
26 wheat cents ~ 1928 to 1958
1939 Silver Canadian dime
1932 Canadian Cent
two Oregon Motor Stages transit tokens
13 clad quarters
32 clad dimes
4 modern nickels
115 Memorial cents
two pieces of sterling jewelry
mint green tow truck toy by BARCLAY
red Jeep toy car by MIDGETOY

I dug the '41-S 25c and '42-S Merc dime in the same hole!

On the news tonight the weatherman says that it's gonna rain all day on Tuesday. Hopefully he's wrong because I wanna go detecting one more time before I have to go back to work!

Thanks for looking!
Neil

I forgot to add these two pictures! I took these pic's with the camera on my cell phone while the coins were still in the dirt before I picked them up!

The first picture is of the 1939 Silver Canadian dime.

The second picture is of the 1941-S Quarter. Under the quarter was the 1942-S Merc dime. I didn't know it was there until after I took the picture!

Congratulations. You really had a great day. If I dug all that in one day, I'd be looking for the Advil and Ben Gay. ;D

AWESOME finds Neil  .....after the week of detecting that you have had, it's going to be hard to consentrate on your work and get back into it. At least the weather has been somewhat cooperative for most of your vacation. Congrats on the silver and the other goodies!! HH :icon_king: Gold Nuggets

Nice HAUL!

I'm surprised at 2 Canadian coins and both from the 1930's. Can you say what sort of spots these were..tot lots..schools...parks?

I'm especially curious about the Canadian coin locations.

Yeah, the two 1930's Canadian coins was cool! I found them one city block away from each other. I've been hunting the easements pretty heavily (the area between the curb & sidewalk). There's lots to be found!
