I was pretty excited when I heard that the first field in miles around had been cut.
However when I arrived I saw that the combine had stopped part way into the field. The area he had started on was the middle section of the field & he had stopped due to rain. This field is not that productive & the middle section is the worst area. Also the stubble was hard & 4iches tall which meant losing alot of depth.
So all we had in 3 hours (6 man hours) was:
Victorian locket
Pistol Shot
1996 20 Phennig
Pin from a medieval ring brooch
Broken barrell tap key
At least things can only get better from here.......
