Federal Artillery Button and set of "choppers" Circa 1820 "updated pic"
Went to an old site with my friend "Roz" and found this within 30 seconds of being there! NO KIDDING! FIRST HOLE! Best find of the day! ID'ed as a Federal Artillery Button but has differences between the circa 1820-1830 one shown in the link sent to me from "tymcmurray".(many thanks). The back says "EXTRA STRONG" with leaves around in a circle. The field is solid where the 3 dots are. The hitch to the cannon is different. The cannon can be seen running through the wheel, and the back of the cannon is more rounded with a ball at the end not pointed as the one shown as 1820-1830. Anyone got any ideas as to when this one was made or used? How 'bout them "Teef" too!?
