Howdy all,
Today started so early for me I think I heard dawn crack and day break. I headed out at 4:00 am to meet up with detectingfreak. We managed to hit several lakes and didn't do bad at all. He has posted his finds which put mine to a not so impressive level. Lol. He got a first today and the look on his face was awesome. Glad I was there to share the moment with him. While waiting for the first park to open I had made a comment about how finding a class ring would be awesome. Well ten minutes in the water and what do ya know. A 1998 class ring in the scoop. Targets were real scarce at this lake but I also managed the .925 hoop earring. At the 4th lake we hit I managed the .925 kids ring. So after a ton of trash and a ton of clad 2 rings and a hoop ain't bad at all. The lakes we hit were new to me but we found a few that are worth a return trip. We got beat up pretty good on the big lakes and man am I feelin it now. Hope yall are havin great luck in the hunt.
