heart shaped lock, some other lock a jackknife dog tag and some sort of key

ok heres a few items dug up this week , if anyone has any ideas on dating some if this stuff by all means reply please i have no idea these all came from homesite cellar holes in the middle of nowhere.
the dog collar has a 5 digit phone number and a name and address this was found all by ittself out in the middle of a field
