    I'm sure it's a token...

    Not quite sure of it's origin or purpose. It seems to me to be modern. Pics were taken after soaking in vinegar and salt for 8 hours. Weighs 5 grams the same as the common "No cash value" tokens that I have found. The only discernable markings on it is the "VB" circled at the top of the crown. It's also non magnetic. It's a stumper for me so any guesses on your folk's part would be appreciated. Thanks for looking and in advance of any guesses. Good luck out there.
