Zuni tag of some sort?

Hello!

Anyone know what this tag thingy is off of? It reads . . . TO OUR GENEROUS FRIEND PJ FROM THE CHILDREN OF ZUNI NEW MEXICO THANK YOU

It is made of aluminum ~ about 33 millimeters tall, and about 28 millimeters wide.

Any ideas?!​
