The Bank of Shenandoah was organized in 1903.
One of the directors was Mr. H. E. Roudabush.
This will give you an initial time frame for your token.

The Huge house across the street, which is probably still empty ...used to be one of the first gasoline stations in that area...or so i was told LOL
