I like neat things, and keep them forever. Maybe little treasure things I'll pass to my kids. I've never sold anything I find, never will, but I've returned lost rings to very appreciative owners (mostly). Now divorce certainly shrank my collection :)

Yesterday I was receiving safety coaching on "Dynamic Risk Assessment" from a very pretty lady - not a hardship I must confess :)

But as I was leaving I saw a bag of "coins" on her counter and curiosity got the best of me, and she gave me two of them - one in mint, and the other used. The story of these is that this plant was built on the banks of the New River, and until later there was no bridge to cross from the nearest town. So, Celanese Corporation gave these tokens to the employees for ferry crossings.

These were dated 1939. They're the same on both sides.
