1880 Medal

This one has me stumped. It's dated 1880 and has the letters PKC or PICK. Anyone know anything?

May be of English concern since the manufacterer of the medal (IMO) was: John Cyril Taylor & William Charles Taylor trading as John Taylor & Co, silversmiths & medal makers, Ely Place, Charterhouse Street, London.
