Ace 250 power ups but will not detect

I have an Ace 250 that will not detect but powers up and all buttons work on the control unit any ideas on what would cause that problem.

Sounds like a coil problem could also be an audio problem where unit is not allowing speaker or headphones to work correctly Just quesses from a non-electronics worker-ha! if under warranty, then send it back for repairs. Even if not under warranty it may need to be sent back to repair shop.
