Nice scoop the 733 , Light weight, 100 bucks....But
OS, take and spend a few extra dollars for one that won't miss that gold ring in the surf. Five inch's wide is a tuff scoop to nail gold with in the ruffer surf, Calm waters, less of a problem. I started out with a RTG long nose 5 inch's wide and 14 long....SS., Loved that baby on the wetsand but when it came to surf hunting, the first shot has to be a good one or you could lose it...I missed a few, those would have paid for the bigger scoop. Good Luck..

Make your own out of 6" PVC pipe with cap on one end and a wooden handle then drill 3/8 holes around the pipe and cap. Cost about $15.00. Strong enough to push the scoop with your foot. A little heavy but I drag my behind me anyways. Then if you find you really want to spend a lot of time at the beach then buy a better one. I will attach a picture of mine later.
