Hello, diggin4it...Re: 'La Muneca', you'd do well to acquire a copy of Perry Eberhart's 'Treasure Tales of the Rockies'...he mentions the Arapaho Princess treasure and the rock formation resembling a doll. Plenty of other good treasure tales to pass the winter evenings with.

Under the Forum in the "search" menu enter "La Muneca" and you will find posts concerning the "Doll Rock (La Muneca) formation related to the Arapahoe Princess treasure story. Perry Eberhardt's book mentioned above is a good starting point. There are other books/articles that mention the treasure. All are about the same. There are a couple of posters on TNET who live in the area. My advice is to talk to the locals who know the area well. Also research the history of the Arapahoe tribe in that area of Colorado.
