    TURTLE ROCK

Found this several years ago while working another site. It is one of several places marked on a tree. This one seems to be different than any I have seen before in my area. Thought someone here might could help. Notice the shadow on the backside of the turtle in the second pic.

    Re: TURTLE ROCK

10pan the marked corner with the lazy V may be marking a corner of a triangle, it would make a good one, please don't move it until you have it worked out, the direction that I would look first would be both directions using the side that faces the best visual as looking at a photo then both directions as indicated by the flat part, shape of the rock makes a upside down V which could be 220 CM deep and that corner of a triangle this is very interesting

    Re: TURTLE ROCK

Thanks for the replies. Went back out over the weekend and took some more pics. About 30 ft. to the right (no measuring tape, just my no. 12) from the lazy V was a round rock the size of a basket ball. It had no marks. About 30 ft. straight up the hill from it was a turtle shaped toomb stone rock pointing back down at the round rock. These 3 rocks made a L shape. I moved the round rock and it was plugging a hole angling back down into the hill.

    Re: TURTLE ROCK

This rock is about 60 ft. to the left of the lazy V rock. Looks like it has the same lazy V notched out of it. Reminds me of a bird sitting on a nest.
