A story I came across today about two Polish treasure hunters who discovered a Nazi bunker in the woods. In the bunker they found a German helmet, bullets, and two unopened bottles of rare wine.
Experts say that the temperature of the bunker was ideal for preserving the wine and it is likely still very good. Even if the wine is bad the bottles are expected to sell at auction for many hundreds of dollars.

Thanks for sharing. FWIW - ain't no way I would climb into a hole on the side of a hill - I would come face to face with a hungry bear! :)

The red should be great. The white could have been consumed sixtyfive or so years back but neither would need opening by me.
Just to keep them original.
If a buyer were to offer a taste of the red, it would need tasting!
A great recovery though regardless.
