If anyone thinks the FBI would be dumb enough to carry on conversation, emails, texts or any other form of communication that might lead anyone not in the loop to even suspect they found something, then you may be fooling yourselves. There has been plenty of examples of people getting caught in their own lies because of traceable conversation, and surely they went into this with everyone involved knowing to say nothing, type nothing, or write anything that wou,d incriminate them in the end.....nope we found nothing.

Great point villagenut, this lends credibility that the two lead counsels wouldn't have lied for the FBI, especially putting it in writing in their emails as you noted, knowing that it could "incriminate them in the end". It's how we can reasonably know they were telling the truth when they said "no gold was found" as attorneys of all people know not to document lies in writing as it is evidence that will incriminate them in the end.

You're dead on, If this was some conspiracy from the get go, then there was no need (nor would they be dumb enough as you note) for lead counsels of both the FBI and the PA DCNR to carry on any false flag conversations in writing after the fact, the less said, the better. Any attorney or LE officer worth their salt would know this all too well which again lends credibly to their private emails discussing that no gold was found as being truthful.

Dead on again, the FBI has been caught numerous times with their private conversations, 4 FBI members even in the past 4 years. It's why the FK group was eager to obtain their private communications, they knew it could reveal the truth and what was uncovered in those emails was that they came up empty handed. This isn't unexpected, every treasure hunter on this forum knows that ground scans, even the best of them, turn up nothing much more often then they turn up pots of gold.

Lastly, the conspiracy some proposed doesn't account for how the FBI got the Lead Counsel for the FBI (she is NOT FBI, she works for the United States Attorney's office E. PA) and the Lead Counsel for the PA DCNR (She is also NOT FBI, she works for the State of PA Dept of NR) in on their plot to steal millions in gold of national treasure from the American people.

Cmon people, can we come back down to earth and discuss the facts we have so far.
