    Charter Members Only Classified Section

    Another idea:

    Sometime charter Members want to give other Charter Members first crack at some items that they are trying to sell.
    Would cut down on spams, scams and newbies that do not hold up there end of the deal.
    ***note not all new members display this behaviour****
