I knew a guy from San Antonio New Mexico who had
one of them Dore Bar dudes ,
he got it at a Garage sale
the folks found it sittin' atop a boulder in the mountains when they climb up on it
to take in the View ,

for years those folks used it To hold down their trash can lid to keep
Racoons out of their trash

The guy who bought it , used it to chock the wheels of his old truck

About two decades went by

A Man in town saw the bar in the back of Old Mac's 1969 Dodge Pick Up

The man asked mac what it was
Mac told him : It's a Pig Iron Bar

The City man asked what Pigs do with the Bar

Mac laughed : " Well , they don't eat 'em , that's for sure "

The City man scratched his head , but bought the bar and took it
to the Pawn Shop .
The Pawn Broker traded him for a 1977 Class C Motorhome and bought him a full tank of gass
to boot .

The City man drove the Motorhome till it ran out of gas ,,,

He had it towed to an RV Park just outside of Apache Junction Az ,,,
where he supports himself with S.S.I. and collecting Aluminum cans .

The Pawn Broker encased the Bar in a Plexi Glass cylinder

The Tag states : " Found in a Well in Sonora Mexico , believed to be a counter weight for the Bucket "

Dore bars are a great sight,
They represent Mining at it's height

while they may not be all silver and Gold,
they are still comforting to hold

Many have sold their souls to have one in their possession,
and plotted until it became an obsession

etc.

This is probably a good time to reboot the definition of the major props in the Noss story. Just to set the record straight and put us all on the same page.

Those are not dore bars folks. They are copper bars with gold and silver impurities - 71.2% copper, 0.5% gold, 0.3% silver. This is per the H&H assay, and confirmed by the handwritten calculations made by one of the Nosses, presumably. A true gold dore bar's smelted gold content can vary considerably - 50% to 90% (12 carat to 22 carat), and the "Noss pig iron bars" don't cut the mustard at 0.12 carat. Valuable, yes indeed, but call them ore bars, not dore bars. Reality sucks sometimes. As I mentioned earlier, this is why the Feds did not bust Noss for selling gold bars.

Thinking of Judy sends me Roger, what's a little thing of some 60 or 70 years of age difference ?????

I wax poetic and fly in the clouds Etc. Etc

So since I am not for hire, i.e. non renumerative, I can work free lance outside of the union.

From my Book : " Insights, Outlooks, and Lookouts "

~~~ Excerpt ~~~~
" Listen ,,, I said ,,,
This is not a subject that you're comfortable thinking about , nor giving
credence to ,,, for you are of that generation that was brainwashed to
scoff at the phenomenon ,,,
" Just stop and think a moment about one item in your life ,,,
question this about and for yourself ,,,, Just when was the first time you
heard about UFO's , and where did you get the idea that only crazy people believe in the phenomenon ,,, I mean who or what was it ,,,, that FIRST ,, said to you
UFO's are for crazy people ?
after just a few moments he looked up from the ground and into my face ,,,
realization now on his face ,,,
I said ,,, EXACTLY ! News Media and your public school ,,,
BRAINWASH Buddy , just that simple
But why would anyone do that to a Nation ,,, WORLD ,,, of people ?
Think POWER OVER OTHERS man ,,, just that simple .
Then ,,,,,
I said ,,,,
" Now ,,, go forth ,,,, and see to it ,,,, that you Sin no more "
Result :
One more person just left the leagues of non-believers .
Ya wanna get into this Rog ? open up a new forum, I have various stories from down here.
Although no one can explain to my satisfaction why they supposedly pick up people from the street and not the heads of state for their messages, is beyond me. Psychology I ,room 207, etc.
Recall I asked a question about Swearingen ?
After he lost his young friend to an Ultra-lite crash looking for the 1300 step cavern at Hardscrabble ,,,
and is taken by my Dads Friend to cave and told that the cave is the 1300 steps ,,,,
a site he was hot after enough to risk the life of a friend seeking it ,,,
32 years later after being shown this cave , he never once so much as pushed a spade into
the ground there .
He died , never touching it .
WHY ?
I have that answer .
yet he screams across the internet that my Dad's story was a lie .
yet , 32 years later , he did nothing with the cave he was shown .
recall that , right ?
I cover all this and Swearingens UFO experiences in my forum .
yes, I am always on the subject of UFO's .
we can exchange there
