Is it rare and whats it worth?

I found this Jeff Davis hat pin at a Civil War Camp in WV. I have seen many of them on eBay and on the Internet with the eagle facing to the right. The one I found has the eagle facing to the left.Does anyone know if this one is rare due to that fact, or what it may be worth?
