Any help with any info on this ring

I have this ring that my dad found in a park (I believe it was a park) at least 35 years ago. I'm pretty sure he said it was before I was born but I'm not positive.
It has USN with anchor emblem on it and there is no inscription other than 10k gold filled sterling top. I have no idea how old it is or if it even holds any value. Any info on this ring would be helpful.
