Swan Soap dish? Maybe Collectible?

My mother gave me this the other day. She came to have it via Yardsalin' lol it has 4 feet which is funny for a swan. It does have some markings but can't quite make it out. Thanks guys

I'm just assuming soap dish since the closest thing to this thing I've fount is swan soap dish when I've googled my best description. A magnet will stick to it. Thanks guys for the help.
