I’m curious what some of you guys think this penny would grade, the front definitely seams a bit better then the back. I know the S is tuff to see in the pictures, but I’m positive it’s there. Thanks for your input ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279562.333116.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279594.413573.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279621.410477.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279663.397282.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279729.695474.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279869.014176.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279938.130653.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1515279960.876032.jpg

Not worth submitting, like Smokey says Environmental damage kills it.

In that condition, it is not worth paying for grading, but, it is still a good find that you should be proud of.

I would do it. There are a lot of fakes out there, so with it slabbed as "genuine" you can sell it at some time in the future if you desire.

That is 1909 S Indian head cent. Coincidently and luckily being that 1909 was the last year it was minted adds to the value. In addition- 1909 S (sanfrancisco) mint is considered by numismatists as being a semi-key to key date. I think you might be pleasantly surprised when you check Ebays completed/sold listings. :) Condition included, nice find!
