Appears to be a civilian MEDAL awarded in Eschersheim by the Central German Protection Association.

It is hard to say what collectors would pay for the medal but since it appears to be fairly rare, they may pay quite a sum to own it. There are lots of Shooting Medals on eBay right now and lots that have sold. Some sold ones went fairly cheap but the more rare ones have fetched around $155 to $520. Some individual round ones that were graded, have brought significant prices as well. It would be hard to put a price on it since I cannot find any others but I will shoot you for it.
