    Makers Mark

Found part of a utensil with a makers mark. It's either lead or pewter. Very thin and small. I'm still trying to figure out the first mark cause it's filled with dirt. Then a small dot, then a crown iside a circle which looks like colons ( ) on the ends, then a larger oblong circle with a horse in it with one front foot lifted. ANY IDEAS??

I'm sure someone will chime in with an answer for you, but perhaps it might be on this website. I have not looked, but it may be on this site.
