"PAST GUARD" Medallion? -SOLVED--LADIES OF THE G.A.R. RANKING BADGE!-

So I found this medallion while detecing in the yard of my house (built 1900). It appears to be brass or another alloy of that ilk.
This is pretty much all that I know about it. I have included a dime for size reference. What I am looking for is:

-What it is
-How old it is
-And how common/rare it is.

Item Description

This piece is nearly 5" tall and includes metal in bronze, brass and silver finishes. Top bar has initials "F.C.L." standing for Fraternity, Charity, Loyalty. A fabric flag motif ribbon suspends the rest of the piece. Fabric is dark with dust but intact. Large die-cut wreath and star design at center shows group logo and reads "Ladies Of The Grand Army Of The Republic 1886." A few scattered tiny dots of muted green tarnish on this piece but the rest of the piece is clean. Suspended by links are 9 additional small metal awards. Two of these read Past Secretary, one reads Past President, one reads Past Sr. President, one reads Past Asst. Corr. Secretary, one reads Past Asst. Conductress, one reads Past Guard and final one at bottom reads Past Council. The most elaborate badge of this type we've seen.
