Found in Nova Scotia.... I'm stumped!

I found these in Nova Scotia at a site where a ship builder lived.

This one (below) appears to have had some sort of silver chrome-like coating on it and could be "not so old." If you look closely you'll see that it has some fine threads inside the circular opening where it screwed onto something else.

My guess is that they're parts to a "Stirup Pump".

The one on the bottom could be an old English wool comb perhaps?

The first one looks like part of a bicycle pedal.

The first item looks the pump handle from an old soda/water fire extinguisher. The bracket on the side would be for hanging it on the wall?? Tony

Top and bottom of old stirrup pump, put foot on grate like part - pump with handle, in my opinion. Nuggy
