    Two face carving or just rock from river?

    I was looking for arrow heads on a local beach and found this strange rock.
    I first noticed the angry looking face, but then turned it over to find a happy face.
    I understand the psychology of finding faces in various items, but this seems weird.

    It looks broken, but then it could just be a rock! The area where I found it has lots of indian pottery pieces (broken) and some arrow heads.
    It is about 1 1/4" tall and wide.

    i would say thats just a strange river rock. If Indians was going to carve a face they would have done it on a much bigger rock probably
