    the item is just over 11 inches long no markings on it. has hole in center and flattened on end with sharp serrations.
    lots of hammer marks made from a forge.

    Don't laugh but it is a coconut scraper. Split the nut and scrape the coconut from the inside. Do a search on google and you will see many version. Find an old one and you will see what it should look like.
