Unusual ring from a ghost town

Hi everyone I dug this interesting menís ring in a western mining camp. Notice the naked girls on the sides! Itís stamped L&S in the band. Not silver. Looks very old. Does anyone have any information on this type of ring?Click image for larger version.

That one is marked Sterling... maybe just a lot of tarnish on yours?, although it does seem to have a greenish hue to it like brass/bronze/copper

That's funny I dug that same ring a few years back in much worse shape mine is definitely brass. I always thought there was something missing from that hole in the middle. I found it at a Cellar hole that has been abandoned since the thirties or forties I figured it was from the 20s or 30s

If you found it in Bodie, take it back. There's a curse on folks that take relics from that town.

I think it's from around the first quarter of the 20th c. It just looks like it's been in the elements for a long while.

I saw a show on that. People were mailing back old bottles and relics they picked up in Bodie in hopes the curse would end. The people they talked to who did take stuff from there were saying all kinds of terrible things began in their lives after they removed things from Bodie.
