    Size? Pic of back?
I live in a state of rules where I am not permitted to live on my own country land because my home is not 130 MPH rated! I can only visit it from time to time and pay the fines.  I feel so safe with Big Government protecting me. In some states its illegal to collect rainwater.

Wow, that thing is tiny. Is it metallic, plastic or rubber? I guess the back is magnetic. It would help to see a pic of the back. Does it look like a refrigerator magnet?

The first thing to come into my mind by the flesh color is a childs hearing aid. But this is just a wild guess. I really have no idea.

It's a magnetic earring. They have a strong magnetic disk that goes on the back side of the ear lobe.

Yes, thats what it is. I agree. Silky had the right idea. You can also put them on your clothing. A picture of the back side might have helped ID this quicker.

The other part may be the stronger magnet.

Kids stick them all over their clothes. The magnet goes underneath. Some even have a tiny battery and light up and blink.
