Any one else getting the itch?

With all the good weather sporadically, was wondering if anyone else is getting antsy to start detecting, or if it is just me?
Looking forward to a fun year and hopefully some great finds! Been doing a little more research this winter ( bored with the snow)
and hopefully can secure some permissions on some old homesteads and other 'older' areas.

I am as well. Last year wasn't first year. Only searched in my yard. Found all kinds of wheat pennies.

Got out last week for a few hours and an old schoolhouse that's been gone for a lot of years. Lots of iron around, nails,etc. Did manage three coins, a wheat, and Indian Head penny and a 1937 Buffalo Nickel. The nickel is in decent shape surprisingly.
Really was hoping for the 3 legged variety but No-Go Lol. Indian and wheat pretty corroded. Trying to clean to get dates. Not sure how to post pics yet. Will have to read up on it and try.
