Hello,
Just to make some corrections..... French warship "Scipion" has not been "discovered" by Blue Marine. This shipwreck in the Samana Bay was discovered by local fishermnen about 40 years ago and it was officially salvaged by Capt. Tracy Bowden and his company back in the 70´s. There are even some books with photos from this shipwreck and with the complete history. What Blue Marine wants to do is underwater park for public there.
