This is a WWI Croix de Guerre I found on 10/25/23. These medals were issued by the French government starting in 1915 for acts of heroism during combat. They were commonly issued to foriegn soldiers allied to France.

Found this ring while looking through washrock by the Seine River. Any thoughts on age, or any other details? The ring itself had no insignia stamped on it
