Great Britain used sterling until 1919, and then went to .500 fine until 1946. So the 48 and 49 half crowns are copper-nickel. Most of what you have looks to be .500 from the dates I can see. ASW (Actual Silver Weight) is as follows for .500 fine coins. Sixpence = .0455 ASW, Shilling = .0909 ASW, Florin = .1818 ASW, Half Crown = .2273 ASW. If I counted everything alright you have 8.9568 Troy ounces of silver. That times spot is your minimum value. Check the stuff against a catalog for better dates/numismatic value, but most of that will go for melt.

Why is this in "best finds"? You bought them, you didn't find them.

That equals $118.75 US$. Sliver is $19.67 an ounce. Works out to $176.18 melt value. That's £103.86. Makes a pretty nice profit on that little purchase even if you don't find any better dates.
