Yep. He confirmed. Bummer. It was a nice opportunity to meet everyone & hear treasure hunting tales in person, especially for a non-salvor like myself.

As in the past cookouts, There has been AND maybe again an instructor with scubagear on site, to try out first timers @ scuba in a Shallow swimming pool 100 feet from cookout gathering..
Possible more to follow on that subject.

Not sure I belong as a landlubber without a boat. But I do pan for the treasures of history.

Of course it counts! As an added benefit I can guarantee that if you so choose, you can arrive boatless and leave as a boat owner. There will be someone (or several someones) there who will be more than happy to assist you in taking this important step towards financial instability.
