1880's House Site Finds

Hello All. Dug a still occupied house site with Btoots from the late 1800's for these finds and recovered an assortment of interesting stuff.

Don't know what some of these items are but the known ones include:
Shot shell heads, compacts, sash buckle, (2) monogramed buckles, cigar box pc, assorted hardware, Wheaties, Canadian cent, Rosie, and various glass.

Found all this stuff in the back yard with the front yard still to go...I hope.

Nice finds, I always like finding the shotgun shells that are still live primed, makes you wonder how they got dropped.

Wow , that place is loaded - could be a lot more around there too - nice on the buckles , brooch , etc. keep us posted on the

The round Solar thing is the top to a vintage carbide bicycle/mototcycle lamp.

That's a GREAT group of artifacts already! and you still have property to hunt. After I hit a site like this, I get a little depressed when it's over, because you get so used to pulling neat finds out of the ground on a regular basis. The you've gotta find another hot spot ASAP. May be an adrenaline crash.. lol Nice finds, thanks for sharing, looking forward to what you get from the rest of the yard.
