Look at the coin rim that is close to the date.
That is damage that extends across the date.
Is that a dug coin?

Thank you for the info guys so it's not a DD, but a damage date error.
what would be the value of this kind of coin.
its not a dug coin found it on my old vase full of coins.

2 days ago I have found a *1969 s penny* kinda similar date damage.

Not a damage date error, it is just damaged, no error. At some point in it's life the coin took a hit causing the damage. As stated not much value, probably two or three cents.
