Grease filled or worn out die. No particular premium on it.

The coin was struck slightly out of the collar (i.e. thus the thin and almost non-existent rim from K-6:30 clockwise to K-1:30 and the double rim from K-1:30 to almost K-6:30) besides being struck with Dies that were becoming very worn and there may have been some grease issues on the Dies as well.

Thanks Frank! So is it a keeper?

With the spotting and what appears to be some verdigris, the coin probably has very little value to most Collectors but since it is your' find, it is a Keeper! Besides, it makes a good specimen for future reference of the same or similar errors.

It would be best to bathe the coin in Acetone to arrest (stop) the verdigris and any other further damage from contaminants, then rinse, pat dry between the soft folds of a towel, lightly coat it with mineral oil or extra virgin olive oil to protect it from further damage, then place it in a 2x2 coin protector.
