1991 D Double Die????

Good afternoon everyone. During my most recent coin roll hunting adventure, came across this 1991 D penny. Apologize in advanced as I went crazy with the drawn arrows. Do not know if it is a double die? repunched? Figment of my imagination? LOL. Thanks for any input and HH and stay safe.

Best guess is machine doubling. You also have a lot of corrosion causing plating issues.

Time for more coffee.
