I googled “2015 Doubled Die Dime” and got several hits from a number of coin forums. Lots of pics. Lots of discussion. What you have appears to be a combination of die deterioration and machine doubling.

Time for more coffee.

machine doubling.

Ya. I don't believe they repair the dies anymore, they just polish them until they become too worn to use. So the lettering etc can not be doubled. But machine doubling happens a lot.

I think it is Machine Doubling or a Chattering die (different names for the same thing). It is technically an error, but has no additional value.

I believe the verdict is still out on this coin! It appears to have Split Serifs on the Date and Mint Mark but without better pics, no one can tell for sure what is up with the coin. Until then and a good assessment of the coin, it would be best to stay away from it.
