I stopped at an old house that I have permission to hunt after work. Found some pretty different kind of stuff today. Im not really sure what the AAA thing was from or what the badge thing is but I am pretty happy with the finds. :)

The Badge has the all seeing eye and says Wolverine in the top. Really hard to see in the pic.

Any ideas when they had AAA plates on their cars?

That AAA badge had a string and was hung on the mirror or somewhere like that.It was supposed to deter theft and show the owner of the auto was protected. Back then they gave those when you went to buy car insurance, which was not mandatory. That one you found there,it has its own number, its way old,see the old style A's,could be worth some good coin.

Thanks Munze. I mat start checking into aaa to see if anyone knows when these were issued. My curiosity is defiantly sparked. As far as the badge thing Anne, another T-netter told me this...

I think it is from the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. That same company made their ceremonial swords. steve AND..
Is there a place called Glendale near you? I find a references to the IOOF Wolverine Lodge No. 408 in 1903 but they seem to have changed the name to Glendale Lodge by 1912.

I love T-netters! I would have never know the history or age of some of the stuff I find if it weren't for you guys! :) 1903-1912, that is awesome!
