Another flat button can antone I'd with backmark?

Another button makes number 16 in my colonial homesite in central va coat size flat this time back mark states Best colour at the top and London at the bottom I don't have pic posted will have on later tonight can anyone date or give breif description?

Suppliers started adding backmarks to buttons as a way to promote their product, and often date between 1820-1840 for the flat buttons. Good find!
