Met up with Etrac007 and Rottonr at the park I have been hunting recently. Finds include 2 IHs - 1899 and 1903, 3 Mercs - 1916, 1918 and 1944, a 1912 Barber Quarter, an old enamled pin (appears to be German writing - have not gone to the google translator yet) and 11 wheaties.

I didn't clean up the Barber Quarter so you can see the rust from the nail that was next to it. There was also a 1916 wheatie in the hole to the side. The numbers were jumping on it on the etrac but the repeatable tone indicated it was worth digging.

Uh... that 1916 is crisp as fresh celery, you sure it's not a D mint? Love the BBQ ;)

Congrats on some sweet hunting ;)

Super finds . To bad there isn't a D on the back of that Merc. Love that Barber, you don't find many in that shape any more. Congradulations and hope you find many more. Rick :coffee2:
