Lots of places used to issue tokens like that. You'd tell them your name, hometown, address or whatever you wanted on there and they'd make a token for you. Makes for a pretty interesting and personal find. Congrats!

I certainly can remember punching out those good luck tokens at Coney Island in CINCY You could punch your name and address on them.
