He is probably talking about that TV series that didn't get renewed. Because they never found anything.

The series was called Coopers Treasure. They only did six episodes to see if it would take. I guess not. Also, knowing the delay between filming and actual on air showing, If something WAS found, it would have made the news first.

That could have been it. It was Gordon Cooper they were talking about, but it was an article I read on the Internet, several years ago.
